The Academy24™ Team Building Course is designed to take people out of their comfort zones, place them in a scenario of mild adversity and coax out problem solving skills and interpersonal bonding through events that unfold naturally.
This course is slightly physical, and involves some survival fundamentals, which will ultimately determine how well bonded the team becomes over the course of 24 hours together.
The course naturally reveals weaknesses and inter-personal "tit-for-tats" that are then refined and tuned into a "single mindset" where everyone finally realises they are dependent on each other to 'survive' and 'succeed'!

This course is designed to be spartan, and place people in real challenging circumstances with little to no sleep, so you will be either on our beach or in our woodland, where both environments present unique challenges that must be overcome as one 'unit' to succeed.
Both locations are based in County Meath. Think of it as a corporate road trip adventure..

We have a minimum booking requirement of 12 people to run 'Adademy24™', but we can accommodate up to 40 people in the course. (10% discount for 35-40 participants)
Price per person as of 01 January 2024: €105
To book, we need a 50% deposit of the total fee for the number of participants you wish to book. Once you lock the participant number with us, this cannot be changed in the future.
